Information We Collect
When you order, we receive information needed to serve you, such as your name, email, order details, delivery address, and telephone number. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and do not pass through our servers. If you use our support chat, we also receive the name, email address, and messages you choose to send. If you voluntarily join the Family Letter, we receive your name, email address, consent, and the signup source.
How We Use and Share Information
We use order information to confirm your purchase, arrange printing and delivery, provide order updates, prevent fraud, and answer support requests. We share only the information necessary with service providers involved in those tasks, including Stripe for payment and secure support records, Lulu for print fulfillment, and Resend for transactional email delivery and consent-based newsletters.
Cookies & Measurement
Essential cookies support secure administration and checkout. If analytics or advertising measurement tools are enabled, they may use cookies or similar technology to help us understand site use and campaign performance. We may use Microsoft Clarity to review aggregated traffic, interactions, heatmaps, and masked session recordings. Sensitive form fields are masked and we do not intentionally send order names, email addresses, payment details, or delivery addresses to Clarity. Browser settings can be used to limit nonessential cookies. We may also use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising performance. Meta may receive technical identifiers and, after a completed purchase, normalized contact or delivery information protected with SHA-256 hashing for conversion matching. We do not send payment-card details to Meta.
Retention & Security
We retain order records for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to the systems used to operate the store, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain by law. Transactional messages about an active order may still be sent even if you decline marketing. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time without affecting order updates.
