We want every Carving Forever customer to feel cared for. Because each copy is printed specifically for your order, please read the conditions below before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Books
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photographs. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please review the delivery address before payment. Once an order enters production, we may be unable to change or cancel it. Costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may not be refundable.
Change of Mind
Made-to-order books are generally not returnable for change of mind. If you contact us before production begins, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel the order, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
