We want every Carving Forever customer to feel cared for. If something is wrong with your order, please write to us — we will do our best to make it right.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds on digital products are considered on a case-by-case basis. Reach out within 14 days of purchase.
Physical Products
For damaged or defective items, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
